Submission edit page get stuck when providing a not existing workspaceitem id

Describe the bug
When entering a submission edit page by providing a not existing workspaceitem id the page gets stuck and errors appear in console

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. as authenticated user navigate to a not existing workspaceitem edit page like https://sandbox.dspace.org/workspaceitems/153423414/edit
2. the page gets stuck and errors appear in the console

Expected behavior
The 404 not found page should be shown instead.
