Trash icon used for confirming item collection mapping

Describe the bug

The item collection mapper uses the same button for both removing collection mappings and adding them. In both cases the confirmation button has a trash icon.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Edit an item
2. Go to the collection mapper
3. Select one or more collections for mapping
4. See the confirmation button has a trash icon

Expected behavior

This is a confusing UI/UX and can potentially be dangerous if the user is not concentrating.
