Small accessibility issues for homepage Low contrast and lang

Describe the bug

Small accessibility issues appearing when running homepage through the WAVE tool:

• 3 language errors (3 languages in the dropdown missing a lang attr?)
• low contrast on "Photo by inspiredimages"

Observed on Sandbox 10.0, relevant to Testathon T051. Also observed on Demo (9.x)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get the WAVE browser extension
2. Run it on https://sandbox.dspace.org/home

Expected behavior

No issues found, or existing issues known and accepted
