Describe the bug
On https://sandbox.dspace.org/, downloading files only appears to work from the Item page. They do not appear to work if you attempt to download from the Bitstreams tab or the Workspace/Workflow area.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Login as an Admin on https://sandbox.dspace.org/
- Go to any Item which has files
- Administer that Item
- Go to the Bitstreams tab
- Click the download button to attempt to download a file. It won't throw an error, but it also doesn't succeed. (It appears to hang)
- Now, go to MyDSpace
- Start a new submission or edit an existing one
- Upload a new file to the submission
- Click the download button next to the newly uploaded file. It won't throw an error, but it also doesn't succeed. (It appears to hang)
Expected behavior
Obviously all the download buttons should work properly
Related work
Possibly related to #5132 as this modified download behavior slightly?
