Date picker form label translation problem in some languages

Describe the bug

When starting a new submission i find a date picker form label translation problem in some languages.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a new submission
2. Change the language from English to Hungarian / German / Spanish

Expected behavior

The date picker form labels should be translated

The date-picker component passes the placeholder prop to number-picker using a pre-translated value:

The number-picker component then uses that value to construct a second translation key:

{{'form.number-picker.label.' + placeholder | translate }}

This creates a double-translation chain:
In English: form.date-picker.placeholder.year → "Year" → form.number-picker.label.Year ✓ (key exists)
In German: form.date-picker.placeholder.year → "Jahr" → form.number-picker.label.Jahr ✗ (key does not exist → raw key is rendered)
In Hungarian: form.date-picker.placeholder.year → "Év" → form.number-picker.label.Év ✗ (key does not exist → raw key is rendered)

Fix: Either remove the | translate pipe in date-picker (passing a static suffix like 'Year') and keep the number-picker key-construction as-is, or change number-picker to accept a full translation key and translate it once, without concatenation.
