Recently, we've had random (increasingly frequent) errors from the Codecov action regarding uploading code coverage results to codecov.io. The recommended fix is to update to the latest version of the action & add the (newly required)
CODECOV_TOKEN(which has also been added as a repository secret in GitHub)Therefore, this PR does that and also updates all other GitHub actions to the latest version
Assuming all actions succeed, this will be merged immediately. It adds no code to DSpace itself
