Manual port of #3920 to
dspace-7_x.This includes one additional fix, which is to rename the
ssrsection back touniversal. This section was renamed as of 8.0, but is still calleduniversalin 7.x. See https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/blob/dspace-7_x/src/config/universal-config.interface.ts
