…-000..820) Implements the WORK-LAB Stage 3 canonical taskpack's local, reversible work: - WL3-000: STAGE3_BASELINE.json (real head a3a6fa6, dirty classified, writer unique), regenerated CURRENT_STATE (f141946->a3a6fa6), Stage 3 task graph - WL3-010: remove Open Design/MINIGAME CI residuals (design-contract, production-evidence, standard-validators, 3-branch pilot); add Stage 3 tests - WL3-100/110/120: platform identity resolver, instance reconciler, controlled repro - WL3-200/210/220: config ownership + coordinator + codex-assets sync - WL3-400/410/420: local sidecar + single-instance lock, telemetry ledger, project profiles, observer projection adapter - WL3-500/600: Observer read-only authority projection (schema v2), web SSE-ready - Stage 3 handoff summary Verified: QUALITY_GATE_PASS (20 gates), 11 workflow Stage3 tests OK, observer Python 9 + Node 45 OK, baseline 2 OK. No credentials, no E:, read-only Observer, no history rewrite. Publish/live/destructive items remain pending.
