Remove Android Material Design dependency

The Android Material Design library (`com.google.android.material:material`) was removed from both the `app` and `librarysqlitefichamilitar` modules.

Additionally, the `librarysqlitefichamilitar` module was converted from an application to a library by changing the applied plugin from `com.android.application` to `com.android.library`. The `sourcesJar` task, previously used for publishing sources, was also removed as it is not typically required for Android libraries.
