Fixed

  • 🕐 Timezone Handling: Fixed "can't subtract offset-naive and offset-aware datetimes" error
    • Properly normalize rate limit expiry times to UTC timezone
    • Ensure all datetime comparisons use timezone-aware datetimes
    • Prevents recurring errors when calculating quota wait times
    • Fixed timestamp calculations to use UTC-aware datetime objects
