Time to Target sensor now genuinely counts down instead of showing the same value every poll

Migration
The old sensor.*_heating_time_remaining entity will appear as unavailable after upgrading. Delete it from Settings → Devices & Services → Entities once the new sensor.*_time_to_target_temperature is confirmed working.
