• Per-alert formatted_content: Each alert in the alerts attribute array now carries its own formatted_content field, generated from the same CAP template as the entity-level attribute but scoped to that single alert. When used with ha-alert-card, expanding an individual alert shows only that alert's detail (description, instructions, consequences, map, time period) rather than all alerts on the entity.

Compatibility

• Entity-level formatted_content and formatted_summary are completely unchanged — existing markdown cards and automations continue to work without modification
• Works with ha-alert-card image_attribute: entity_picture to show the per-alert severity icon in each card row
