✨ Pi-First Runtime
PccAgent now ships with a bundled offline Pi runtime as its built-in live Agent. Sessions start through ACP without requiring system installs or first-use downloads, while custom ACP agents remain independently configurable. Historical Claude/Codex sessions stay readable without restarting legacy runtimes.
📂 A Refreshed Workspace
Project Files and Files now share a side-by-side preview and list workspace. Switch between rendered and source views, hide or show the list, resize it with per-panel persistence, and open a file directly in your editor. MCP tools, context inspection, session controls, and panel layout are clearer and more consistent.
🔄 Reliable Sessions and Context
Dormant Pi sessions restore cached model, thinking, and slash-command controls instantly and only start on a real prompt. Turn completion, recovery, context usage, attachments, tool details, and model surfaces are more reliable across restarts and long-running work.
🎨 A More Focused Interface
Chat layout, model presentation, copy and edit actions, theme customization, sidebar navigation, and packaged Pi extension management have been refined for a smoother daily workflow.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed stale session titles and context snapshots from appearing in user-facing surfaces.
- Fixed file preview and panel sizing behavior across window resizing, reloads, and hidden lists.

What's New
⚙️ Independent Pi Configuration
Pi ACP can now choose DPCC, your local Pi configuration, or its own third-party gateway independently from Claude and Codex. Managed Pi connections isolate provider credentials and model settings from local configuration.
🎨 Unified Model and Thinking Controls
Agent selection is now separate from model and reasoning controls. Claude, Codex, and ACP agents share a grouped, scrollable Model and Thinking menu that shows only the options supported by the selected model.
✨ Native macOS Experience
The macOS menu bar now shows account status, quota, running work, and recent chats, with shortcuts for common actions and launch-at-login. Closing the main window keeps PccAgent available, while quitting with active tasks or terminals asks for confirmation.
🛠 More Reliable Terminals
Terminal setup detects more PowerShell installations, shows detected paths and versions, validates custom shell executables, and surfaces clear launch errors.
🐛 Session and Window Fixes
