Fixes for the review and tags pages

• Tags: Add, Remove and Replace work again. Since 0.4.0, ➕ Add, ↔ Replace and 🗑 Remove the selected from all captions showed an error and changed nothing.
• Switching projects shows the right images. When two projects have a character with the same name, 3. Review kept showing the previous project's images after you switched projects. Deleting, rejecting, confirming, moving or saving a caption there changed the other project's files. Switching projects or pressing 🔄 Refresh now reloads the review images, saved versions, tags and save summary.
• ↪ Move keeps the image open. After a move, the preview jumped to another image, so pressing ↪ Move again moved the wrong one. The moved image now stays open in its new group.
• Searching tags keeps your picks. Typing in Search on 4. Tags cleared Selected tags. Picked tags now stay while you search, so you can pick tags from several searches and change them all at once.

If you reviewed images right after switching between two projects with the same character name, a few of those edits may have gone to the other project.

Updating

• With git: run git pull in the program folder, then restart the program.
• With the ZIP: replace the alds folder with the new one. Your projects folder, settings.json and .venv stay as they are.

• ⁧الوسوم: عادت أزرار «➕ أضف» و«↔ استبدل» و«🗑 احذف المحدد من كل الأوصاف» تعمل. منذ 0.4.0 كانت تُظهر خطأ ولا تغيّر شيئًا. ⁩
• ⁧تبديل المشروع يعرض الصور الصحيحة: إذا كانت في مشروعين شخصية بالاسم نفسه، كانت صفحة «٣. المراجعة» تبقى على صور المشروع السابق بعد تبديل المشروع، فكان الحذف أو الرفض أو التأكيد أو النقل أو حفظ الوصف يغيّر ملفات المشروع الآخر. الآن يعيد تبديل المشروع أو زر «🔄 تحديث» تحميل صور المراجعة والنسخ المحفوظة والوسوم وملخص الحفظ. ⁩
• ⁧**«↪ نقل» يُبقي الصورة مفتوحة:** بعد النقل كانت المعاينة تنتقل إلى صورة أخرى، فيَنقل الضغط التالي الصورة الخطأ. الآن تبقى الصورة المنقولة مفتوحة في مجموعتها الجديدة. ⁩
• ⁧البحث في الوسوم يُبقي اختياراتك: كانت الكتابة في «بحث» في صفحة «٤. الوسوم» تمسح «الوسوم المحددة». الآن تبقى الوسوم المختارة أثناء البحث، فيمكنك اختيار وسوم من عدة عمليات بحث وتعديلها كلها مرة واحدة. ⁩
• ⁧إذا راجعت صورًا بعد التبديل مباشرة بين مشروعين فيهما شخصية بالاسم نفسه، فربما ذهبت بعض تلك التعديلات إلى المشروع الآخر. ⁩
• ⁧للتحديث: git pull في مجلد البرنامج ثم أعد تشغيله، أو استبدل مجلد alds بالجديد. ⁩
