fix(desktop): v1.0.5 — fix map icons and app icon in production

Map filter chips and guide list icons used absolute web paths
(/map-icons/mirage.png) from mapColors.ts that only work on the
Next.js server. In Electron file:// context these resolve to the
filesystem root and fail. Fix: add getMapIconUrl() to packages/ui
that resolves map names to bundled overview image URLs via MAP_DATA.

App icon was missing in the installed app because BrowserWindow.icon
pointed inside the ASAR (resources/ not packaged there). Fix: add
extraResources to electron-builder.yml so icon.png is placed at
process.resourcesPath, and use app.isPackaged to switch paths.
