Dab's Mod v2.0.1

A crash fix, and the title screen saying so when the game has just updated. Everything in v2.0.0 is here too.

Fixed

Third person in a Ghost Trial could crash when the character you picked, or a ghost racing beside you, wore an Elvis or Maian head. One head model was being shared between two different bodies, which the engine cannot do; a trial now gives every body its own copy of its head, the way Combat Simulator always has. If you were on v2.0.0 with that combination, this is the release to take.

Added

After Check for Updates puts a new build in place, the first start of it shows the version in gold on the title screen and a guard says target sighted. The start after that is an ordinary start.
