GoaSynth 1.6.0 — 4 October 2026

  • Fixed. Loud passages no longer clip: the master limiter's final stage was a hard clipper at full scale, so anything hot patches pushed past it — full OTT squeeze, runaway delay feedback, MASTER at +6 — came out with squared-off, crackling peaks. The same loudness curve now ends in a true peak rider (instant attack, 80 ms release) with a soft-clip safety, holding −0.5 dB cleanly.
  • Added. The update-available dialog also shows the new version's release date and the installer's file size.
  • Changed. The update-available dialog's download link goes straight to the new version's installer (GoaSynth-Setup-<version>.exe, attached to its GitHub release) instead of the product site.
