Fixed bug where a fellow component does not self register in the fellow component container + enhanced php hints

This fixes a specific bug where the first component calling getFellowComponentsContainer() forgets to self register in this container, which will make it not available to its fellow components. This happens on the root components container.

Also, the PHP type hints now include the template T pattern, which should remove the need for some PHP hint comments from the developer.
