Cross-platform preview of Vibe Halo 0.5.9.

• Codex Approve for me requests stay with the native Auto-review guardian when exact current-turn context is available
• Conservative fallback keeps human approvals in Vibe Halo when Codex session context is missing or unrecognized
• Tray-only recent-event history in an independent, freely draggable side panel
• Expanded transparent shadow gutters so every edge fades naturally without clipping
• ZCode Plan-mode completion notifications and retained plan output
• Encrypted-at-rest history when Electron secure storage is available, with an explicit plaintext warning otherwise
• Approval, question, Codex native-answer, and plan details retained for 30 days or 200 events; ordinary completion notifications are excluded
