Major Update 2

New Features Added:
Items Tab to let you adjust the price of any item in the game
Config tab allowing you to enable/disable different configs like level caps, fairy typing, mega evos, etc
Encounter Tab which allows you to edit encounter tables

Updated:
Updated the Evolutions tab to include the different methods for evolution
Cleaned up the evo tab a bit to be easier to read
Added more options to the trainer tab for trainer AI flags (the pencil icon)
Fixed an issue where the back button wasnt working

Things to be done/Know issues:
Pokemart inventory is something that I am working. Its a custom thing so its not a priority at the moment but will be thinking of better ways to implement (You will notice the "Mart Items" menu will be grayed out).

Trainer tab needs to be cleaned up a bit and formatted a bit better
