Fusk groupings

Some images are more difficult to fusk when they have two values that increment at the same time. For example:

• http://site.com/1/1.jpg
• http://site.com/2/2.jpg
• http://site.com/3/3.jpg

This fusking problem can be sorted using groupings!

##Usage

When fusking an image, be sure to choose 'Manual'. Type in your URL as normal (using the [] brackets for the range). To copy the range group somewhere else, use curly brackets with the group number in it - for example: {0} (hint - the group numbers start from zero!)

For example: http://site.com/[1-10]/{0}.jpg

Multiple groups

Sometimes you'll want to do this for multiple ranges in your fusking. Again, just set up the URL as before but with the group index (left to right, the ranges are numbered {0}, {1}, {2}, etc).
