Added

• A modding guide, in docs/ and built into the app: Modding guide, in the
  footer. Links in it to web pages open in the browser.

Fixed

• Models by amount on game 0.1.2: every pile of an item showed the model of the
  first pile the game loaded. The Rupees example shows the right colour for
  each amount again.

Removed

• "enabled": false in a mod.json no longer turns a mod off. Profiles do
  that, and a mod folder whose name starts with _ is left out.
