Internet Explorative 11.1.2 for Windows

This is a Windows release for v11.1.2.
There is no new features. (although there is small UI changes due to Windows.)
I hope this release will help boost the downloads.

Internet Explorative v11.1.1

What's new

• The Share button is back, with more options than 1.0 beta
• Changed the default search engine to DuckDuckGo for more privacy
• Brand-new macOS Installer, with a Applications folder and a Windows XP Bliss background, Windows version might come with this release
• New back button that is flat so it looks more like IE11

New Share menu, unfortunately I cannot get the native one working

One thing you need to know: the size of the app increased to 606.5 MB for unknown reasons, but memory usage is still quite low.

note: the "active http user-agent" section is fake. The AI model has no idea what it's doing.

Internet Explorative 11.1 (build 1102)

The last release (Release 11.1) didn't include some "necessary" features that most major browsers have.

What's New

-A new browser game- Explorative snake!
-A pop-up window that gives a warning when closing the apps

What's new

• Now uses PyQt6 with Chromium 140.0.7339.225 (From September 2025)
• Added a built-in adblocker
• Redesigned internet options interface
• A new history tab in internet options
• Now features a info page (Go by typing ie://info in the address bar)
• Fixed back button that will only become blue when available
• More search engines, added Qwant, Ecosia, Startpage and Baidu
• Added a "Server not found text" when the server is not found, instead of giving you nothing
• Users can now delete one bookmark instead of deleting all
• The address bar will automatically select all instead of manually deleting or selecting.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed macOS error about Py2app when opened on Apple silicon
• Fixed reload issue when switch back to normal mode from emulation mode
• Back button always blue issue is also fixed as a feature

The modern Google UI loading on Internet Explorative

Internet Explorative (v.11.0.1)

Main release for version 1.0 (now renamed to verison 11.)
This release features a IE11 user interface and a new Windows installer, a more stable app, a dark mode option, Internet Explorer 11 engine emulation, new icon, and an overall redesigned user interface.
now uses a newer version of PyQt5
created with 3.12 (bundled)
build 11.0.1.1.3 (20260822)
pyQt isn't very powerful, only suitable for daily use.
If you would like to use WINE on Linux to run this app, you need at least a modern distro using the windows installer.
please note that Windows and MacOS might be slightly different.
The Windows installer is created by inno setup.
The minimum requirements for the app is:

1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM, 256 MB of free storage
*1GB of RAM and 512MB of free storage is recommended
Please consider using this release as the previous is a beta.
