A bunch of little fixes and tweaks that will hopefully improve performance a bit. Among the fixes and changes:
- Pursuer heat-up crash fix
- Lakeview Refuge enemy display and original enemy crash fix
- Kalameet, Guardian Dragon, Executioner Chariot, and Old Iron King now have a single checkbox in the settings to only display their official AoE card patterns.
