0.03 - Renaming

After some feedback from the lovely folks at r/PHP I have decided to rename the package/classes to WorkerPool. This is more semantically correct than Threadpool as I use processes and process management and not actual threads. While I never indended the term "Threadpool" to be taken at face value I can see their point.
