main（21c7e98，含 Console P4）落地的操作者双生与配线架界面收进补丁号0.7.9。版本停在0.7.x。本 PR 只准备号，不 merge、不打 tag、不发 PyPI、不改 GitHub Releases。变更
pyproject.toml/uv.lock/ Agent Bridge Skill 客户端版本：0.7.8→0.7.9CHANGELOG.md：把 Unreleased 里的 Console P4 + Console UI patchbay 两条移到## 0.7.9 - 2026-08-21；Unreleased 只留空标题；不改写0.7.8历史，也不把 P1–P3 记进0.7.9docs/designs/console-v2-live-family-signals.md§P4：与 P1–P3 同样标「已落地」（操作者双生：计划 / 里程碑 / 阶段 / 谁在跑，以及配线架改版已在 main）0.7.8的测试 / pin 跟着改到0.7.9非目标
