Single-maintainer release record

This repository currently has one maintainer. Independent approval is unavailable; the release owner explicitly accepted this risk for v0.5.3. The release workflow still validates the trusted tag source and publishes with short-lived PyPI OIDC credentials.

Upgrade

Run pipx upgrade dyro, or python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade dyro.
