Features

• --exclude flag for batch processing (#44) — Skip files and directories during batch operations. Supports both path prefix matching and glob patterns (*, **, ?, [...]). Use --exclude path1 --exclude path2 for multiple exclusions.

• --max-width option for table normalizer (#46) — Cap column padding width when formatting tables. Tables inside fenced code blocks are now normalized like any other table. Cell content is never truncated beyond the specified width.

Bug Fixes

• Fix crash with non-string YAML keys (#42) — Replaced Constructor.any() with safe node walking (safeNodeToSwiftValue) to prevent fatal, uncatchable crashes in fm dump and fm search when YAML mappings contained non-scalar keys (e.g. integer keys like 123:).

• Fix missing file path in invalidYAML errors (#40) — fm subcommands now include the file path and underlying Yams parse error in error messages. All 15 fm subcommands use skip-and-continue: valid files in a batch are still processed even when other files have invalid YAML.
