SprintFocusTimer 2.4.0 for macOS

SprintFocusTimer is a compact macOS focus tool for choosing one task, making a short visible commitment to it, and getting pulled back when attention drifts.

It is intentionally not a time tracker, productivity dashboard, or task analytics app. The focus board holds the work you care about; the timer protects the one thing you are doing now.

Download SprintFocusTimer-2.4.0.dmg, open it, and drag SprintFocusTimer.app into Applications.

This build is unsigned and unnotarized. If macOS blocks it on first launch, right-click the app and choose Open. The source code is public in this repository for review.

Highlights:

  • Focus Chain panel for deliberate completed sprint loops
  • Drift mode with live overrun count-up after sprint expiry
  • Continue and Done actions for intentional sprint completion
  • Multi-state focus board checkboxes for blue empty, grey, yellow, orange, red, and green complete tasks
  • Fixed-size checkbox rendering with colored status dots and green checkmarks
  • Expanded checkbox hover targets with pointing-hand cursor feedback
  • Filled Start/Stop button with green and red running-state feedback
  • Click-style checkbox feedback sound with haptic feedback where available
  • Resizable drawer and persistent window placement
  • Preset timers from 1 to 90 minutes
  • Milestone markers, milestone sounds, completion alarm, and visual attention glow
  • Light/dark mode and always-on-top options
