Initial release of Kossman's Offhand Fix.

A small QoL mod that improves offhand stack handling:

• Shift-click compatible items to refill the offhand stack first
• Press F to refill a matching offhand stack before swapping
• Works with both inventory slots and normal gameplay
• Preserves vanilla behavior when refilling is not possible

Available for Minecraft 26.2 on Fabric, NeoForge and Forge

I made this because the default offhand behavior kept annoying me.
