Chef Skills 0.2.0

Chef 0.2 is a conversational Markdown redesign and a clean break from the archived records-oriented 0.1 release.

What’s changed

• Replace five runtime-backed skills with two focused, implicitly activated skills: chef and chef-prepare-shop.
• Store household memory, weekly plans and explicitly saved recipes as human-readable Markdown.
• Add cookable recipes and uncertainty-aware single-serve nutrition summaries.
• Support session-only operation when a host cannot access local files.
• Preserve existing baskets, verify absolute quantities and stop before checkout, payment or ordering.

Upgrade note

Chef 0.2 never migrates, reads, modifies or deletes an existing chef.sqlite3. Keep the 0.1.0 release if you need the archived records-oriented workflow.

Verification

The release passed the full 10-test suite, skill and plugin validation, deterministic packaging, SHA-256 verification and safe archive extraction.
