Same 53 dictionaries, rebuilt.

• Portuguese→English and Portuguese monolingual now use the Portuguese section of the English Wiktionary as well; coverage of the most frequent words goes from 77% to 86% and from 79% to 85%.
• Every monolingual dictionary takes the English Wiktionary's conjugation and declension tables for its language. Arabic gains an inflection index for the first time; Polish, Spanish, Czech and Italian gain several points of coverage.
• Japanese: conjugated forms now reach their entries (走った → はしる).
• Sense order: English→X dictionaries follow WordNet's corpus frequency again; words with more than one page (Spanish correr) open on their main sense.
