MagickaPUP Release v1.1.0

Added support for selecting Magicka game versions from CLI and improved automatic unpacker version detection support.

Unpacker ops can now have the expected input Magicka version specified with the -I <version> command.
Packer ops can now have the expected output Magicka version specified with the -O <version> command.

Valid version strings for -O and -I commands:
"new": Modern Magicka (1.10+)
"old": Legacy / Old Magicka (1.4, 1.5, etc...)
"auto": Automatically determine the version of the file for input files (unpack ops), always write for modern magicka for output files (pack ops).
