1. EER Diagram - Daniel Handled EER diagrams, Max reviewed and helped finalize
2. Normalizing Tables - Wasn't much work to do, since our tables were normalized in our initial conversion to database schema and closely following the recommended steps in the slides
3. EER to Database schema - Both worked to back and fourth to make this come to a valid state
4. Naming conventions - Team effort to agree on what to use
5. Table Creations - Max handled table creation, reviewed by Daniel
6. View Creation - Max handled the view creation, was reviewed by Daniel
7. Answering Queries - Max handled(1-8, 10) Daniel handled(11-15, 9), reviewed each others work
