TangerineUI Classic v2.6.4c2

Second Classic release on the Tangerine Neue 2.6.4 base.

Advanced web interface restructured

The multi-column ("deck") layout now mirrors the single-column arrangement:

• Navigation on the left, content columns in the middle, search & compose on the right — the same order you know from the single-column UI
• Content columns share the available width equally; side panels have fixed widths (300px)
• On screens wider than 1600px the whole deck takes 92% of the viewport and is centered
• The nav column keeps its far-left position even when it hosts an opened view (Favourites, Collections, search results, …)

Fixes

• Fixed the nav column selector for Mastodon 4.6 (it renders .navigation-panel where pre-4.6 had .getting-started), which made the nav column stretch into the leftover space
• Removed dead pre-4.6 rules for in-drawer search results (4.6 routes results into the spare column)
