This build has the real app icon everywhere:

  • App icon (.exe) — no more default Electron/computer icon
  • Window title bar — blue chevron logo
  • Taskbar — proper icon when running
  • Tray — matching mark
  • Menu bar — removed (clean window)

The icon is a blue upward chevron on dark background — the Upstream brand mark.
