Increased export encryption strength to use Rfc2898DeriveBytes.Pbkdf2 with random salt instead of an SHA256 hash.

Exports from 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 can be imported into 1.1.0, but only exports from 1.0.0 can be imported into 1.0.0.
