• hooks: 훅 stdin 워치독 fail-open — Claude "UserPromptSubmit hook timed out after 60s"의 원인(활성 턴 중 제출 시 stdin 미전달로 무한 대기)을 15초 bounded read + 조용한 종료로 차단 (cea7a8b)
  • PS 5.1 함정 우회: [Console]::In은 async 메서드도 동기 블로킹 → OpenStandardInput+StreamReader로 진짜 비동기 읽기
  • 워치독 초과 시 즉시 종료: 미완료 stdin read가 남은 채 native 명령(git 등) 호출 시 PS 5.1 stdin 전달 행 (실측 재현)
  • codex/gemini save-turn: stdin fallback 워치독 + HOME git-root 가드 (dotfiles repo로의 대화 오배치 방지)
  • chronos continue-loop: payload 소스 argv → pipeline → stdin(bounded) 재정렬로 save-turn 체인 행 제거
