Merlin Engine

Added a functional Merlin Engine to replace Chormium completely..
Currently not complete so some websites wont work.
In Settings>Merlin Engine there is a toggle to enable Merlin Engine for testing..

Known issues:
Java doesnt work
Youtube doesnt work
page formatting is not 100% correct
gestures and mouse back/forward buttons dont work
