Summary

  • add explicit doctrine for when to suggest a compact advisory Claude Code /goal command and when direct continuation should still win
  • define a compact /goal shape based on outcome, proof, scope, hard guardrails, and stop bound
  • source /goal suggestions from checked Goal/Output/Gate/Verification surfaces while preserving the compact 18-rule runtime install scope
