Highlights

  • Adds verified UTC creation chronology for governed Patch filenames and matching Created At / Creation Evidence metadata.
  • Adds the dependency-free script/patch-timeline.mjs Tool for inventory, evidence audit, deterministic planning, exclusive creation, approved apply, verification, and explicit rollback.
  • Strengthens exact-reference migration, source/reference hash and mode gates, URI and serialized-payload exclusions, suspended-archive preservation, journal durability ordering, symlink defenses, and restartable rollback.
  • Preserves the exact 19-file Runtime Rule installation payload; the Tool and governed support artifacts are not installed as Runtime Rules.
  • Keeps Patch IDs and patch/INDEX.md explicitly out of the architecture.

Verification

  • 32 focused Node tests passed.
  • Bash and PowerShell installer fixtures passed.
  • Canonical/root installation passed 19/19 parity and second-pass idempotence with no Tool installation or quarantine.
  • Read-only NodeClaw audit classified 576 selected Patch files and preserved 199 suspended-archive files with zero filesystem or Git mutation.
