What changed

This Main RULES release keeps work moving within approved contracts and synchronizes settled results instead of rewriting every document after each attempt. Relevant task evidence reaches durable owners before the real finalization task closes.

Six existing owners are refined; the runtime inventory remains exactly nineteen:

Owner Version User-visible guidance
Execution and Goal Frame 1.36 Separate design/approval prerequisites from result-sync cadence; challenge harmful codebase conventions with evidence; use deterministic tools for mechanical facts.
Phase, TODO, and Artifact 1.38 Keep useful ordered working details; initialize real docs finalization before all relevant tasks close; reconcile completed/pending evidence before last closure.
Document Governance 1.22 Synthesize by role and update affected owners/references only; preserve meaningful history and prospective Patch semantics.
Communication Register 1.29 Address the user clearly, use targeted peer channels, and omit idle ACK echoes without hiding questions or blockers.
Coding Discipline 1.9 Extend fitting project-owned tools for reproducible work, distinguish bounded probes, and absorb validated reusable logic without parallel runners.
Safe I/O 1.9 Distinguish run captures from reusable implementation and allow contracted output roots without duplicating tool-lifecycle policy.

Temporary storage remains permitted for genuine probes and run artifacts. There is no new Rule, framework, automatic Suite assignment, blanket temporary-storage ban, or Product/browser change.

The user-selected Main-only scope also includes the previously unpublished v10.69–v10.71 baseline. Their original source/install histories remain preserved; this release does not imply separate published tags for those slices. Unrelated plugin/support/shared/additional changes are not included.

Verification receipt

  • Release commit: d6f6dec8c8c4cad8d2e790bc79f2d22967ef1e12.
  • Immutable annotated tag: v10.72; tag object 24e00938201207ba4d28ebb9fef59d9af31a980a, resolving to that commit.
  • Verified atomic, non-force fast-forward publication to public master and the matching tag.
  • Exact selected publication scope: 77 paths, no file deletions. Unrelated shared-file hunks were preserved locally and excluded from the commit.
  • Fresh public-tag checkout: all 77 selected paths and Git executable modes match the canonical committed tree; Main19 matches the tested and installed candidate.
  • Fresh-context synthetic interpretation: 21 identical inputs against actual full before/candidate Main19 packets. Candidate: 21 conformant. Baseline: 20 conformant and one partial task-handoff ordering response. No historical runtime failure or causal benefit is inferred.
  • Existing Linux/Bash installer fixtures: exit 0, Bash installer fixtures: PASS.
  • Existing runtime installation: exact nineteen-file bytes/modes/SHA/Git-blob/metadata/body/ordered-manifest parity; six changed and thirteen unchanged against the immediate pre-wave baseline. Other-owner/global state was preserved; no quarantine or cleanup.
  • Existing helper against the fresh public tag in a new empty disposable target: exit 0, nineteen-file byte/mode/hash/manifest parity, no unexpected runtime entries or quarantine.
  • Nineteen owner triads and body/inventory checks passed; all nineteen published-predecessor owner changelog histories were retained. Selected link check covered 1,078 local links with no new missing targets or anchors; two unchanged inherited changelog anchors remain outside this delta.
  • Scoped staged diff checks passed; 2,102 captured source/global entries outside the selected scope remained unchanged.

The immutable source snapshot truthfully records source/install proof before publication; this Release is its post-commit publication receipt. Current master status may be reconciled afterward without moving the tag or rewriting prior proof.

Scope and limits

Synthetic interpretation tests written guidance, not historical docs-churn frequency, task-file deletion, current-session reload, model effectiveness, repeated stability, or live Product behavior. File/payload parity is not whole-project convergence while excluded local changes remain preserved. This wave ran the Linux/Bash installer cell; no new Windows/PowerShell claim is made. Main19 grew by 5,447 Unicode characters (about 3.07%) against the immediate pre-wave baseline; exact tokens and performance were not measured.

See P073-19 and the v10.72 changelog for governed semantics, proof boundaries, and deliberate-recovery guidance.

Final current-status receipt

After the public-tag checks, documentation-only commit 3372fbe64cac79d39fcb9bf66489aebe4d3ec926 reconciled README, TODO, phase and changelog status from actual publication evidence. Its six-path scope and 334 local links passed; public master and its complete tree now match that canonical commit. All 77 selected current paths were compared against fresh remote evidence, while Runtime19 remains byte/mode/hash/ordered-manifest-identical to the immutable release tag and existing installation. The annotated tag was not moved. Excluded plugin/support state and unrelated shared-file hunks remain preserved; no remote task branch was created.
