v10.73 — Interim docs sync and final reconciliation
v10.73 — Interim docs sync and final reconciliation
This small clarification updates two existing Runtime Rules; the active set remains nineteen owners.
Changed
- Execution and Goal Frame 1.37: sync affected result/history owners at settled sub-outcomes or necessary handoffs, with matching proof, without interrupting every implementation attempt or live check sequence for full documentation sync. Unrelated unfinished cases do not force all documentation to wait.
- Phase, TODO, and Artifact Initiation 1.39: keep evidence/handoff/sync in the related task's ordered substeps, reuse the real finalization task, and distinguish its completion dependencies from supported interim handoff. Final reconciliation remains last in the family, not the first opportunity to document work.
- Required proof and design/contract/approval prerequisites remain binding. No new Rule, per-case docs-task requirement, retention hook, board-reset policy or technical task-persistence guarantee is introduced.
Verified
- Exact selected Runtime paragraph/metadata deltas, aligned nineteen owner triads/inventory, preserved owner history, local references and scoped whitespace checks.
- Independent A–F synthetic semantic walkthrough: no material contradiction in debugging attempts, unrelated blocked work, partial evidence, approval prerequisites, finalization or no-doc/other-session boundaries. This is text interpretation, not an executed model/workflow experiment.
- Existing Linux/Bash installer fixtures passed. The canonical launcher installed Main19 into the approved existing runtime target; all nineteen bytes/modes/metadata/substantive bodies and ordered SHA/Git-blob manifest match source. Only two Rules changed; seventeen and protected other-owner/global entries remained unchanged. No quarantine occurred.
- Main19: 183,628 Unicode characters, +794 (about 0.43%). Characters are not tokens or performance evidence.
- The fourteen-path Main-only publication checked491 local references with no missing paths/anchors. The six-document post-publication receipt checked336 references. Finite protected tracked/untracked sets were preserved; unrelated local plugin/support/shared-file changes were excluded, including pre-existing TODO hunks.
Publication receipt
- Source/release commit:
41fcec7529d629b557572da792e1b53205e9e756. - Immutable annotated
v10.73tag object:4349aa6427a5f96f414be40bb496ff6c6e2892db. - Post-publication receipt commit on
master:8388eb42b3209b55edabd3fd9be60ebea94fc9d5. - Source and new tag were atomically pushed by non-force fast-forward. Remote master/tag identity and this non-draft/non-prerelease Release were verified.
- A fresh public tag tree, the selected fourteen governance paths and Git modes matched the committed snapshot. The unchanged canonical installer installed the public Main19 into a new empty target with exit0 and exact bytes/modes/SHA/Git-blob/ordered-manifest parity, no unexpected files or quarantine.
- The tagged snapshot records verified source/install state before publication. This Release receipt and the narrow current-status commit record actual post-commit identity/proof; the tag and Runtime bodies were not moved or changed. The previous immutable v10.72 baseline and meaningful history remain preserved.
No claim is made about current-session reload, causal model benefit, technical task retention, Windows execution or full-project convergence.
