v10.74 — Work-preserving documentation synthesis

Documentation is settled synthesis that supports work, not a parallel stream of progress reporting. This principle refinement updates two existing Runtime owners; the set remains nineteen Rules.

Changed

  • Execution and Goal Frame 1.38: use task/working records for continuation-relevant evolving detail, then consolidate proof-supported conclusions when settled enough for reference or handoff at a natural work boundary without interrupting implementation/debug/check flow. Changed detail, a passed check or a completed task does not itself create a sync checkpoint.
  • Document Governance 1.23: lead with the chosen direction and necessary rationale, proof, limits and pending obligations. Exploratory/unselected approaches remain supporting context by lasting trade-off, constraint, recovery or rediscovery value—not equal-weight current choices, a transcript or a reason to create another artifact.
  • Existing Tasks1.39, prerequisite design/contract/approval, partial truthful checkpoints, meaningful history and last-family reconciliation remain intact. No new Rule, rigid cadence, checklist, automatic checkpoint, archival artifact or plugin behavior is introduced.

Verified

  • Exact selected Runtime paragraph/metadata deltas, nineteen aligned triads/inventory, preserved owner/phase history, affected local references and scoped whitespace.
  • Independent A–H synthetic semantic walkthrough accepted evolving experiments, selected-direction synthesis, non-automatic checkpoints, prerequisites, partial handoff, history preservation, existing finalization and pending proof. This is source interpretation, not an executed workflow or causal model-effect experiment.
  • Existing Linux/Bash installer fixtures passed. The canonical launcher installed Main19 into the approved current target; nineteen bytes/modes/metadata/substantive bodies and ordered SHA/Git-blob manifest match source. Only two changed; seventeen including Tasks1.39 and protected other-owner/global entries remained unchanged. No quarantine occurred.
  • The fourteen-path Main-only projection checked480 local references with no missing paths/anchors. The six-document final receipt checked339 references. Finite protected sets of1,023 tracked and1,142 untracked paths matched baseline; unrelated local plugin/support/shared-file work, including pre-existing TODO hunks, was preserved and excluded.
  • Main19 measures184,068 Unicode characters (+440/about0.24%). Characters are not tokens or performance evidence.

Publication receipt

  • Source/release commit: 201ca64b46e34a13e472c2392a02a86c5dfb893b.
  • Immutable annotated v10.74 tag object: 4ca8c7434c56b4790a5c803a1655eeeb346dc122.
  • Post-publication receipt commit on master: 09d978fc6ae0fd3567e1b2fc29c5aebff374b3ed.
  • Source and new tag were atomically pushed by non-force fast-forward. Remote master/tag identity and this non-draft/non-prerelease Release were verified.
  • A fresh public tag tree, the selected fourteen paths and Git modes matched the committed snapshot. The unchanged canonical installer installed public Main19 into a new empty target with exit0 and exact bytes/modes/SHA/Git-blob/ordered-manifest parity, no unexpected files or quarantine.
  • The tagged snapshot records verified source/install state before publication. This Release receipt and the narrow current-status commit record actual post-commit identity/proof; the tag and Runtime bodies were not moved or changed. Immutable v10.73 and meaningful prior history remain preserved.

No claim is made about model benefit, current-session reload, technical task retention, Windows execution, stability or full-project convergence.
