• Adds P076-03 phase-visible task linkage under the existing P076 design-to-phase execution family.
• Requires non-trivial phase-backed live task entries to expose active or clearly implied phase context in the subject or description.
• Keeps built-in task lists as live execution pointers, not phase authority, while preserving subject-or-description flexibility and stronger title grammar boundaries.
