Add a GitHub Actions workflow that builds the Jekyll site and deploys it automatically to GitHub Pages

New Features:

  • Automate Jekyll site build and deployment to GitHub Pages via GitHub Actions

CI:

  • Trigger workflow on pushes to main and allow manual dispatch
  • Configure GITHUB_TOKEN permissions and concurrency settings for Pages deployments
  • Add build job with checkout, Pages setup, Jekyll build, and artifact upload
  • Add deployment job to publish the built site to GitHub Pages and expose the page URL
