• Prevent another server hang on exit
• Fix biome loading leading to wrong colors
• Fix issues when leaving and joining world

• Avoid LOD not loading if null biomes are saved for any reason, default to plains
• Fix rendering glitch for items, like thrown bottles

• Fix water-LOD transition for for non-Angelica setups
• Fix issue with GT:NH 2.7.4 GT, it's a bit too old for my compat (which is broken anyways...)
