PBLC Update Manager 0.3.0

This was a really long update to develop, it took around a month of work to get it to this new and improved state.

A lot of suggestions and ideas were implemented from friends and thank you to all my friends who helped (suffered) me test the beta versions of this launcher and get it ready for release!
