subvectors 0.2.1 - corpus truth fix

Corrects the classic-Azure-FIC claim that a subject mismatch fails the
token exchange with no error. Creation is unvalidated; the exchange
returns AADSTS700213. Provenance (133 documented / 0 observed) is now
generated into the README instead of asserted, and CI gates it.
