First Release!

I'll only release Windows builds, as that is unfortunately the OS I have to use when working on PD.

How my ZIP releases work is that you extract it and then run the install.bat script.
If you're building from source (please do that, it's not hard at all):

1. Make sure git is installed (and Python, <v3.14, >=v3.9)
2. You don't need to run anything other than build.py
